Lagree West & Jaybird Studios
Controller
Lagree West: We are all about efficient, effective pilates-inspired workouts that foster a unique mind-to-muscle connection. Our high-intensity, low-impact classes take place within elevated, supportive, community-oriented environments — across six studios, throughout Vancouver and Victoria.
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all financial aspects of our boutique fitness brands, Lagree West Ltd. and Jaybird Studios. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, accountable, and excited about contributing to a fast-paced, growing organization.
Our three core values—Growth Mindset, Pure Connection, and Create Amazement—guide how we operate our businesses, foster personal growth, and build meaningful interactions with one another. Comfort with a startup environment and a constant drive for improvement are essential. The Controller will be critical in managing full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, internal and stakeholder reporting, and compliance.
Experience with high-growth, multi-unit brands is not required but will be viewed favourably.
