All memberships can be cancelled anytime after the initial commitment with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle
For the 6-month membership:
Early termination fee: 1 month of your current membership rate** (must provide notice 30 days before next billing cycle)
**The cancellation fee is equal to one month of membership dues but does not count as a membership payment. For example, if a guest early cancels and pays the fee, they will not receive access to classes for that month.
For the 12-month membership:
If canceled within months 1–6: 2 months of your current membership rate** (must provide notice 30 days before next billing cycle)
If canceled within months 7–12: 1 month of your current membership rate**

You can freeze once every 3 months for a minimum of 7 days and up to 3 months. Time frozen is added to the end of your term.

No — the commitment period starts fresh from the date you switch into a 6 or 12 month membership. Your previous time on month-to-month does not count toward the commitment.

Yes, we can process the cancellation of your current membership and upgrade you to our long-term membership!

Yes — upgrades are allowed at any time during your 6- or 12-month term.
Note: your original commitment period does not reset — it continues from your original start date.

Your membership continues month-to-month at your discounted rate. You’ll be able to cancel your membership with 7 days notice once you have completed your committment.

Legend members receive one waived late cancel per calendar month. This will automatically apply to the first occurrence in each calendar month and does not necessarily align with your monthly billing cycle.
